It's simply how I'm wired.

I'm naturally curious and rarely satisfied with just scratching the surface. I like to understand the why behind things, connect the dots, and uncover information that helps people make smarter, more confident decisions.

I'm a native of Virginia, where I served as an educator. I've had over two decades of navigating complex situations, advocating for others, and managing countless moving parts. Preparation matters. Communication is everything. And, the smallest details often have the greatest impact.

Today, I bring that same mindset to real estate in Southwest Florida.

From understanding the nuances of waterfront properties in Cape Coral to researching neighborhoods, property histories, and the factors that influence long-term value, I believe my clients deserve someone who looks beyond the listing photos.

But there's another side to how I work that's equally important.

I genuinely enjoy people, I love hearing their stories, understanding what motivates them, and helping them navigate the decisions that shape their next chapter. 

For me, real estate isn't about opening doors and writing contracts. It's about knowing which doors are worth opening in the first place.

I appreciate beautiful homes, but I'm even more interested in the lives being lived inside them. Because at the end of the day, real estate is personal. And the details? They're what make all the difference.
